About Fuzzy

Local Hawaiian Real Estate Investor and Real Estate Investing Educator

FUZZY'S MISSION

HELP LOCAL PEOPLE STAY IN HAWAII

Fuzzy hates seeing local people be "priced out of paradise" and is passionate about helping local people be able to stay in Hawaii. He does this in a couple of ways, through creating affordable housing to educating and empowering local people to build their own wealth through real estate.

"You CAN build wealth...without leaving home, selling out, or using your own money."

About Fuzzy

Kolaiah "Fuzzy" Jardine is a Native Hawaiian father, husband, papa & former inmate who rebuilt his life--starting with real estate.

Born and raised Hawaiian from Waimanalo, Fuzzy grew up on the Big island with his grandparents with no electricity on a pig farm and later moved to Nanakuli to Hawaiian Homestead.

He's a former pro surfer turned successful real estate developer, who was able to build over 100+ affordable entry level homes on the Big Island that were sold to mostly local families since 2013 using little to none of his own money through partnerships. He's also built a rental portfolio worth $6 million and has housed families in need through working with non-profit groups like Hope Services and Section 8.

Today, he owns a multimillion-dollar portfolio & teaches others to invest with integrity, courage, & community in mind.

Fuzzy's mission is to help empower & teach locals how to stay in Hawai'i while building wealth through real estate investing in a way that is pono.

Tired of working hard but getting nowhere?

It's time to create the life you’ve always wanted without leaving Hawaiʻi.
